Elastomer O-rings

The O-Rings  is toroidal, moulded  seal with circular  cross-section.  lt is manufactured with great  precision  diametric and cross-sectional  tolerance, plus with a high degree of surface  finish.
We stock  full ranges  of international  standards  such as American  series (AS55BA),  Japanese  series  (JlS) as well as European  series (Metric/lSO/D1N3771  ) with a various material  ranging  from NBR, Viton, PTFE, Silicone EPDM, Neoprene, HNBR and PU.

KALREZ

For demanding  sealing applications  when customers  require  the very best, Kalrez parts manufactured  only  by DuPont  Performance  Elastomers,  are the elastomer  seals of choice. Supplied  in standard O-rings or custom
shapes,  Kalrez  resists over 1,800 different  chemicals  while offering  the high  temperature stability of PTFE  (327 c).

Encapsulated  O-ring

An encapsulated  O-ring  is a two component circular seal with  a round cross section.  The elastomers  impart memory  to the seal and are encapsulated  in a teflon  jacket. The encapsulation  protects  the elastomer  from hostile environments.
Encapsulated O-rings are manufactured  in two grades of Teflon which are FEP Teflon  and PFA Teflon.
FEP Teflon combines  superb  corrosion  resistance,  sealing  integrity and an operating  temperatures  range of -450 to +400oF (-267~+205oC).

PFA Teflo n, a  fluorocarbon  copolymer  similar  to FEP,  also provides  greatly improved mechanical  and creep properties at higher operating temperatures: -450 to + 500oF (-267~+260  oC).
The homogeneously  welded  Teflon  jacket with an energizer  imparts inherent memory  to the O-ring.  Each energizer  varies  in  its ability  to return  to its origjnal  shape when  subjected  to a compressive  force.

Backup  Rings & X-Rings

Teflon back up rings  are designed  to prevent extrusion  in  rubber o-ring sealing systems.
Rubbef O-Rings  generally  serve  as effective  seals  for dynamic  and  static  applications in hydraulic  and pneumatic systems  equipment.  One  big drawback  of such  o-rings  is their tendency  to extrude  into the clearance of mating surfaces  when subjected  to  increas'
Ing  pressures.
Back-up  rings are  in stock  and  ready  to supply  in Nitrile, Urethane and PTFE  materials.
X-Rings,  also known  as Quad-Rings@,  can be used in a wide  variety  of static and dynamic  sealing applications.  With the unique 4-lobe  configuration, X-rings have 2 sealinq areas per side  as opposed  to 1 sealing area on an O ring.
X-rings require lesssqueeze  to maintain an effective  seal;therefore,  reducing  friction  and  increasing  seal  life.Their4-lobe configuration also helps to eliminate  the seal  from  twisting  in the groove  causing  premature  failufe. Quad-rings  are available  in all standard  O-ring  sizes of American  Standards AS568A,  as well as customs seals  for unique  applications.

Molded  shapes  consist of elastomeric  parts functioning  as sealing and  impact absorbing  devices in both dynamic  and static applications.  Coated steel parts, dust  covers,  boots,  bellows,  diaphragms,  and other  specialty  items are  some examples of products  for  use  in  lndustry.The  material, shape and  complexity  of the part  along with  the voiume needed dictate  which molding pfocess  is applied.  Processes  include compression,  transfer,  injection, and cast molding.
Extrusion  is also  available  for simple  profiles.

V-Ring

The V Ring Seal ls an all-rubber  seal  that seats directly on  the shaft and seals axially against a counterface,  housing,seal case or similar surface.
Designed with a long  flexible  lip,the seal acts  like an axial slinger.lt  can  retain  heavy  lubricants and  is highly  effective  in excluding  contaminants.The  V-Ring can be used  as  the primary  seal or as a seconoary  oacK-up  seal.
Because  it  is all  rubber  and very  elastic,  it can  be stretched  over  flanges  or other assemblies  for
positioning without  any unit disassembly.The  V-Ring performs  well  ln dry applications  and  is capable  of handling a greater  amount  of eccentricity and misalignment  than most  radial  lip type seals.Axial  movement  should  however  not exceed the  axial  sealing  range ofthe  lip. Each V-Ring  can  be used  for a range of different  shaft sizes.
Type`s of V-seal are  as  follow:VA,VS,VL,VM,VE,and VAX.

O-rings Kits

O-Ring Cord

Extruded o-ring  cord , available by the metre  in nitrile(NBR)  and Fluoro carbon  (FKM/Vjton) in a range diameters  from  I .6mm  to 30mm.

Hydraulic  & Pneumatic Seals

Hydraulic  seals  and Pneumatic  seals  are a class  of seals  that are used in applications with either  rotary or reciprocating motrons.
Hydraulic  seals are  exposed  to hydraulic  fluids such  as hydro carbon  and phosphate  ester and are designed  for dynamic applications  such as hydraulic  cylinders. Hydraulic  seals  usually need to be higher  friction  seals  than  pneumatic  seals  but often
operate  under  lower  operating  speeds.

Pneumatic  seals operate  typically  in air of other gaseous medium, with a minimum amount  of  lubrication.  They are often  used  in pneumatic cylinders  and valves designed  for  lower operating  pressure but typically  demand higher  operating speed and  lower  friction  than hydraulic.

Flexy seal

Is a U-shape  spring energized  sea  ls function with single  acting  selaing element.The  spring which energizes  the PTFE  jacket actuates  the sealings  legs  (lips)  of the seal. The  system pressure  assist the  spring  in creating  a  leak  tight  seal between  the  sealing  lips and  the mating metal  parts.

They are suitable  for static,  rotary,  and  reciprocating application  in  temperatures  from cryogenic to 300c,  pressure  from vacuum  to 700kg/cm2,  and speed up  to 2Om/s,  to surivive the  most  corrosive environment. Three  different  types  of spring energizer  are made  from corrosion resistant metal alloys such as stailess  steel, elgiloy  and hastelloy  to meet most  serious  corrosive and high  temperature application.

Mechanical Seal

Mechanical  seals  are sealing devices  for any  rotating equipment which  prevents  the  inner  fluid from leaking  through  the  clearance  between  the  rotating shaft and  the  housing  case.

PTFE  SEAL

Elastomer energized  PTFE  seals can  provide much  lower friction without  any stick-slip effect  to guarantee smooth running  even  for  intermittent  operation  or long stroke application.  They perform  reliable  sealing  function  even under high service pressures  and/or  high  surface  speed.
PTFE with  inherent low  friction  and wear  resistant property  can effectively  improve  service  life of
the sealon  reciprocating  applications  and help  reduce maintenance  cost.

Moreover,  it also  preferred  in certain unfavorable  applications  such  as construction  equipment, chemical  process, off-shore,  galvanizing  and color coating  line and coal,fired  power  plan where dusty, high-temperature,  aggressive  media,  or intermittent movement  are quite common  In sealing environmentand  help  reduce maintenance  cost.
