Latex balloon business pioneered in 1957 was initiated by the sharp look of business opportunity. The ardent and seriousness in managing this business concluded a tremendous growth in fulfilling public’s demand. Total production capacity of the whole balloon factory at that time, was not yet able to meet with the numerous local demand for latex balloon. Hence it was decided in 1982 to expand the existing factory and increasing the number of new machines in order to aggrandize the production capacity.
