Quality Assurance

The Buyer's Closest Aides

Quality assurance activities include
- Fabric inspection
- Audit - finishing
- Sample inspection
- Final random inspection
- In-process sewing inspection

Fundamentally, the inspection is conducted base on the international standard AQL 2.5.

Fabric inspections are carried out base on 4 points system.
- Dimensional constancy
- colour fastness
- skew
- other related tests

Even based on the costumer's tests are conducted at international testing laboratories.
Tests - such as dimensional stability, colour fastness, fabric / garment performance, fabric composition / analysis construction and other related tests are undertaken base on the customer's requirements befor cutting. All other tests methods conform to ISO, BSEN & AATCC accordingly.

ISG only deals with suppliers whose products conform to the above standards.

Integrated Gerber System

This is where ideas are crystallized, The Gerber System is used for grading and marker making

AccuMark™
The AccuMark™ is Gerber’s state of the art CAD software application designed for the power user. It provides us with all the sophisticated tools we need for our grading, pattern making, and marker making.

AccuNest™
AccuNest™ creates new, efficient marker layouts automatically. It will analyze many solutions and select the marker with the best material utilization. UltraQueue software is included with AccuNest™ and allows us to submit markers from AccuMark™ workstations to a work queue. From the queue, AccuNest™ pulls markers, processes them, and returns them to their original storage area
