- The spring of 1948-Chin Hua Bicycle Repair Shop was set up in Tainan.
-The spring of 1950-Chin Hua Steel works was established in Ping Tung ; we started to begin wholesale, make Head parts and B.B. parts.
- In June of 1956- Expanded new plant in Kaohsiung.Company was re-named “CHIN HUA CO., LTD.”
