Head of Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Gita Wirjawan reveal it here on Monday (1/10/2011), after attending the meeting between President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Vice President Boediono, all ministers of United Indonesia Cabinet Volume II, and all heads regions in Indonesia.
According to Gita, if the investment is achieved then GFCF will contribute 30 percent to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2011. Total GFCF of Rp 2,500 trillion that already includes foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic investment (PMDN) which is expected to reach Rp 230 trillion in 2011.
Especially for domestic and foreign, will grow 15 percent from the position in 2010 which reached Rp 200 trillion, he said.
Gita says, investment in 2011 will be flowed freely on infrastructure projects. Infrastructure projects are mainly developed in the mining, rail, port development, and power plants.
That's not including the Sunda Strait bridge construction because the construction of its own new construction could begin next few years, he said.
